The crew

Onboard the ship, a permanent crew of 8 manages the boat and coordinates the logistics of the different projects. They are joined by different groups of people depending on the needs of each project. Between 12 and 20 people are on board at once.

The Foundation’s multi-disciplinary approach and global outreach is implemented by inviting people from different disciplines and with complementary skills (sailors, scientists, journalists, filmmakers, photographers and eco-volunteers) to work together on board the ship.
