Fleur de Passion sets sail
Fleur de Passion sailed out of Port Saint Louis du Rhone on the 29th of September. She had been docked there for three years while her renovation continued. For her fist voyage she is heading for Barcelona to take part in the event “Sailing to Barcelona”, a meeting of expedition boats organized by the IUCN in parallel with the World conservation congress.
The Antinea Foundation and the IUCN will hold press conference on the 8th of October to announce the launching of the expedition “Changing Oceans”. During the expedition Fleur de Passion will circumnavigate the globe over a period of ten years.
